Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home pediatric care in Hollywood, FL. This role involves high-acuity tasks including TPN, lipids, central line and G-tube management, with weekend scheduling on Saturdays and Sundays 7:00am–7:00pm.

The RN will document care electronically and collaborate with clinicians to achieve optimal outcomes while supporting families in a private duty nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification with hands-on component.
• Experience in high-acuity pediatric home care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home RN care for pediatric patients.
• Manage high-acuity tasks: TPN, lipids, central line, G-tube.
• Document care using in-home tablet systems.
• Collaborate with clinicians and family members for outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during visits.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
