Complete Care at Brakeley Park in Phillipsburg, NJ is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend shifts. The Weekend RN will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and participate in care planning under our experienced health care team.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid New Jersey RN license.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Evaluate patient needs and provide recommendations for care and treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
