Complete Care at Brakeley Park in Phillipsburg, NJ is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Evening Shift. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with competitive pay up to $37/hour depending on experience.

As an Evening Shift LPN, you will provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a warm, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in New Jersey
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor and report patient status to nursing staff and physicians
• Participate in quality improvement activities to improve patient outcomes
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
