Job summary

Huntsville Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to organize and coordinate delivery of nursing care for groups of patients in line with hospital and departmental policies. The RN provides direct patient care, monitors status, evaluates progress, and performs treatments.

The role includes recognizing, reporting, and documenting clinical observations and participating in orientation and staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current AL RN License.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and coordinates the delivery of nursing care for groups of patients in accordance with hospital and department policies.
• Provides direct patient care by monitoring physiological and behavioral status, evaluating progress, and performing treatments and procedures.
• Recognizes, reports, and documents clinical observations; participates in orientation, training and management of personnel.
