Signature HealthCARE is hiring an RN for weekend shift coverage in Kentucky. The role delivers direct patient care, medication administration, and supervision of nursing staff within a long-term care setting.

The RN will ensure safety, coordinate admissions, and maintain accurate documentation as part of a multidisciplinary team. Applicants should hold an active RN license in Kentucky, with weekend availability and familiarity with EHR systems.

Competenze

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory/charge nurse role.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Weekend shift availability with an extra $8/hour bonus.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents' status and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the team.
• Complete clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in QA activities and regulatory surveys.
