National Health Care Associates’ The Pines at Rutland is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our weekend care team. You’ll assess resident health, develop care plans, administer medications, and work with a multidisciplinary staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current with state board
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team and guide LPNs/CNAs

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information
• Provide wound care and nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care
