Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Act as a clinical resource for staff and patients, serving as a staff nurse when needed.
• Take on delegated managerial duties, aligning with Mercy's mission, values, and standards.
