Norton Healthcare in Louisville is seeking a Registered Nurse for a WOW (Work on Weekends) position. The role involves caring for a patient group with weekend shifts (Nights on Fridays & Saturdays; Days on Saturdays & Sundays) and includes premium pay and shift differentials.

The RN will focus on safe, patient- and family-centered care, strive for quality outcomes, and supervise both licensed and non-licensed staff while supporting ongoing education and evidence-based practice.

Qualificações

• 13 months or more RN or LPN experience.
• Diploma or Associate Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (KY) license.

Responsabilidades

• The RN focuses on safe, effective patient and family-centered care, customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
• The RN supervises licensed and non-licensed staff and supports evidence-based practice.
• Care planning, assessment, and evaluation of the plan of care within a governance framework.
