Qualifications
- No experience required for full-time or part-time positions.
- If PRN, must have one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute-care setting.
- Diploma or Associate Nursing required.
- Registered Nurse (KY) licensure required or eligible.
Responsibilities
- RN is responsible for the care of a group of patients ensuring safe, effective, patient- and family-centered care and outcomes.
- RN supervises licensed and non-licensed staff.
- RN assesses, develops, implements and evaluates the plan of care.
- RN mentors and precepts staff and promotes evidence-based practice.
