Job summary

Rock Health in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home healthcare for Pediatric and/or Adult patients. You will use the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care, initiating and adjusting plans based on patient needs and coordinating with families.

You’ll administer medications and treatments, respond to clinical changes, educate patients and caregivers, and assist with discharge planning.

Qualifications
