Job summary

Le Creuset Livermore is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Lead/Key Holder to support sales, customer service, and daily store operations. You will handle opening and closing duties, secure the store, manage cash handling, and help maintain our premium product presentation.

You will share product knowledge on cooking and entertaining, contribute to store KPI goals, and foster a positive team environment while delivering exceptional experiences to customers who visit our Livermore boutique.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability for 18–20 hours per week.
• Experience in specialty retail preferred.
• Ability to perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, secure the store, manage keys and alarm codes, and handle cash according to procedures.
• Support sales and customer experience with product knowledge on cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Maintain visual and operational standards, assist with merchandising and inventory control, and prevent losses.
• Collaborate with team members and store leadership, maintain accountability, and adapt to changing needs.
