Nazareth Home in Louisville, KY is seeking a friendly Restorative Nurse Aide (RNA/CNA) to provide one-on-one resident care and support mobility to help residents reach their independence in a long-term care setting.

Active CNA certification is required. The role includes weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 4:00pm), competitive pay with a $3 shift differential, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plans. EOE.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Experience in restorative nursing preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative and CNA care following care plans.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document progress and participate in infection control.
