Nazareth Home in Louisville, KY is seeking a friendly Restorative Nurse Aide (RNA) / CNA to support residents with restorative nursing programs and one-on-one interactions. You will work with therapy and nursing teams to help residents maintain independence in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Experience in restorative nursing is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and observation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative and therapeutic care including exercises, ambulation, transfers, splinting, grooming, hygiene, toileting, feeding, and dressing.
• Follow individualized restorative care plans and document resident progress.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Support skin integrity through repositioning, turning, and proper skincare.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and rights at all times.
• Escort residents to activities, appointments, and facility services.
• Complete restorative and CNA documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all infection control, safety, and facility procedures.
