Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Health in Tiverton, RI is seeking a Residential Treatment Worker for weekend shifts. You will supervise residents, support daily living skills, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment within a group home serving adults with long‑term mental illness.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, monitoring medication, and completing records while upholding Thrive’s standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required or ability to obtain.
• Experience in Human Service field preferred.
• Physical demands may require lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to transport clients and supervise daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Coordinate and monitor medical, dental, and psychiatric services.
• Supervise medication compliance and document records according to Thrive standards.
• Produce and maintain billing forms, logs, and client records.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and transport clients.
