Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating treatment program effectively and efficiently.
• Answer telephone courteously and document calls with date/time.
• Maintain logs with head counts and observations.
• Note incidents and events per agency standards in logs.
• Enforce house policies with professionalism at all times.
• Conduct fire and evacuation drills when requested.
• Observe and record residents' self-administration of medication as directed.
• Ensure safety and welfare of clients at all times.
• Treat all individuals with respect and confidentiality.
• Participate in required training and perform duties as assigned.
• Possess leadership and the willingness to work harmoniously with staff.
