• Valid Mississippi drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone in a courteous, respectful manner and log calls with date/time.
• Stay awake and alert; take head counts hourly and log.
• Notify program director or counselor if client elopes or requires discharge for improper behavior.
• Document events, activities, and problems in the shift log per standards.
• Enforce house policies professionally at all times.
• Conduct fire and evacuation drills when requested.
