About The Role

We are hiring a weekend specialist, 100% virtual Psychiatrist, to provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings and states. You will work from home, collaborating with onsite professionals to determine dispositions and provide evidence-based care to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Shifts are between 12:00 am Saturday to 11:59 pm Sunday EST.

Array will support obtaining additional state licensure for active, board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists. If your state isn't listed, please apply.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients in crisis across multiple emergency rooms, hospital floors, and crisis programs
• Receive support from our 24/7 access center for case triage and resources
• Implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medications
• Collaborate with healthcare teams using a team-based approach

What We’re Looking For

• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist
• Unrestricted, independent licensure
• Updated CAQH and FCVS profiles
• Experience with all age groups in psychiatric care
• Experience in acute crisis stabilization in 24/7 settings
• Culturally competent communication skills
• Proficiency with multiple EMRs and telehealth technology

Position Logistics

• 100% remote work
• Private, confidential home office required
• Support and reimbursement for additional state and DEA licenses

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $150 - $195/hour, based on experience and qualifications
