Palatka Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee weekend nursing operations and clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license and prior supervisory experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to support residents, families, and staff in a positive, collaborative environment.

Position Summary:

The RN Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork.
