Under the leadership of the Director of Nursing, supervises the nursing personnel ant the day – to –day nursing activities of the facility

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and provide total nursing care for patients
• Assess resident condition and nursing needs, sets goals, prescribe appropriate actions to meet goals and the age-related, physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of the resident
