Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem weekend position in the Person County Visits office. The role covers Case management and home visits throughout Person and Orange counties with a focus on OASIS/documentation and patient care.

Requirements include a North Carolina RN license and at least one year of clinical experience; home care experience is preferred. Travel to cases is required.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow the designated care plan based on patient needs.
• Perform home visits to clients in the specified geographic area.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisors.
• Document doctors' orders and care plans accurately.
• Conduct client assessments and coordinate case management.
• Document observations and interventions using the provided touch pad tablet.

BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, (RN) for a PER DIEM WEEKEND position with our Person County Visits office.

This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Person and Orange counties.

Home Health/OASIS documentation experience REQUIRED!

Must be willing to cover both counties.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
