Job summary

NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is seeking Registered Nurses for our Arizona facilities. You will plan, direct, evaluate and document all aspects of patient care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

We value compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork. Require RN license in Arizona and a nursing degree; one year of mental/behavioral or med-surg/ER experience preferred. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• RN license from the state of Arizona.
• One year of mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, or ER nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
• Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
• Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
• Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.
