Valley West Health is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Baylor to join our Lewistown, PA facility. You will deliver patient-centered care to residents on weekends, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support plans for safe, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, and treatments; developing and implementing individualized care plans; monitoring progress; communicating with families and providers; and contributing to quality improvement

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
