Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or higher (BSN required within 5 years from start date)
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS within ninety days of start date into position
• PALS within ninety days of start date into position

Responsibilities

• Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
• Assess patients' condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and collaborate as a team to fulfill unit goals.
