Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare in Citrus County, FL is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care on a PRN/per diem basis. The role includes weekend visits with occasional weekday needs, collaborating with physicians and clinical teams, and advocating for patients to manage care plans and support independence.

Active Florida RN license and at least 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience are required; home health experience is a plus.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active RN license in Florida
• Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus
