Job summary

Allaire Rehab & Nursing is seeking a Recreation Department Activities Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will help enhance residents' quality of life by planning and leading engaging activities in line with our policies and objectives.

This weekend position runs Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00am to 4:00pm. We offer a warm, supportive environment where your interactions make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.

Qualifications

• To enhance the quality of life for residents according to established policies, procedures and objectives of the organization.
• Leading group activities and providing 1 on 1 visits utilizing interpersonal skills to meet resident needs and interests.
• Projects a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents, co-workers, public.
