Allaire Rehab & Nursing in Freehold, NJ seeks a Recreation Department Activities Assistant to join our compassionate team. Weekend shifts Sat 9:00am-4:00pm and Sun 9:00am-4:00pm provide opportunities to engage residents in meaningful activities.

You will lead group activities and provide 1-on-1 visits, helping enhance residents' quality of life. We value a friendly environment, strong teamwork, and a dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities

• To enhance the quality of life for residents according to established policies, procedures and objectives of the organization.
• Leading group Activities and providing 1 on 1 visits utilizing interpersonal skills to meet resident needs and interests.
• Projects a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents, co-workers, public.
