Fouraker Hills Rehab & Nursing Center in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time Receptionist (Sunday only, 10:00 am–6:30 pm) to greet guests, patients, and families and to support nursing and administrative teams with courteous, responsive service.

Responsibilities include answering and routing calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and handling mail and deliveries, all to ensure a positive experience for everyone entering the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• One to three years of customer service experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of their visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate area
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take messages and schedule appointments as needed
• Receive mail, documents, packages, and deliveries; distribute items to the appropriate departments
