Job summary

Calhoun's Banquets and Catering in Gatlinburg is seeking an Event Server to join our team for busy banquet and catering events. This is an hourly position starting at $15 plus gratuity, with weekend availability required.

You will work with a friendly team to provide 1st class service from guest seating through clearing and reset for private events, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and move throughout shifts. Weekend availability is a must.

Qualifications

• Team player with a sense of humor and positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk all day.
• Strong math and clear communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
• TN ABC license or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, first-class service to guests from seating to departure.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning and resetting for private events.
• Support the team during large groups and special functions.
• Maintain positive atmosphere and guest satisfaction throughout shifts.
