Job summary

Blackberry Farm, LLC is seeking a Grounds Technician to maintain outdoor grounds and ensure an exceptional guest experience at our Tennessee properties. The role requires weekend availability and involves mowing, landscaping, irrigation, trail maintenance, and operating tractors and related equipment.

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, determined by experience. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of outdoor lawn care or landscaping experience,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of outdoor lawn care or landscaping experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and maintain outdoor grounds areas.
• Mow, landscape, fertilize, water, and weed landscape areas under supervision.
• Maintain trails, equipment, and perform winter road maintenance.
• Operate tractors and trailer/utility equipment for site tasks.
• Support event setup and pool cleanliness and chemical management.
