Job summary

Utz is seeking a Raw Material Utility at our Kindig facility in Hanover, PA. The role operates Friday–Sunday from 5:25 AM to 5:25 PM with overtime as needed, supporting production by receiving, unloading, and staging raw materials for daily operations.

Responsibilities include forklift-based material staging, utilizing D365 scanners, and ensuring accurate inventory. Candidates must obtain a forklift license, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and stages raw materials for production using a forklift.
• Uses Scanner to move product within D365.
• Unloads returns from carriers and sorts materials.
• Rotates between raw material handler, cardboard sorter, and baler operator.
• Loads outbound trailers and coordinates with shipping teams.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and sanitary dock area.
