Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic services with focus on patient safety and image quality. You will identify patients, operate radiology equipment and ensure accurate data in PACS and RIS/HIS systems.

Eligible candidates hold ARRT-recognized education, ARRT registry eligibility or registration, and must obtain BLS within three months of hire. Some staff may require NJ license and registry before start date.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT recognized education program, or ARRT registered, or ARRT registry eligible.
• Must pass registry within 1 year of hire.
• NJ staff must have current New Jersey State Radiologic Technologist License (with NJ DEP) and must be registered before date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identifies patient and exam and performs diagnostic radiographic services with care and quality.
• Maintains quality of digital images sent to PACS and verifies patient information.
• Assists with RIS/HIS procedures and data entry as needed.
• Participates in department QA and continuous education requirements.
