Job summary

FirstHealth of the Carolinas is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join a busy diagnostic imaging team. You will rotate through GI, OR, ED, Pain Clinic, fluoroscopy and portable studies, performing general and invasive procedures with precision.

The role requires adapting to rotating holidays and flexible shift hours, taking call as needed, and using EPIC for patient records. Candidates must graduate from an accredited Radiology program and hold ARRT certification or be within 2 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology.
• ARRT Certification in Radiology or registry eligible within 2 months of hire date.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various diagnostic imaging areas, including the GI suite, OR, ED, Pain Clinic, fluoroscopy, and portables.
• Perform both general and invasive diagnostic studies, with a focus on surgical procedures such as spinal fusion, diskectomy, kyphoplasty, D-Trax, bronchoscopy, ERCP, urology, general, and orthopedics.
• Manage a broad range of simultaneous duties efficiently.
• Adapt to rotating holidays, flexible shift hours, and taking call as needed.
• Utilize the comprehensive Electronic Medical Record System (EPIC).
