Job summary

Trinity Health in Michigan is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging across general x-ray, fluoroscopy, surgery, and neonatal units. Weekend schedule: 7a–7p on Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements: graduation from an approved Radiologic Technologist Program, ARRT eligibility or registry, CPR certification within three months of hire. Preferred: ARRT registry and two years of experience. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• ARRT registry or registry-eligible with eligibility to register within 12 months of hire.
• CPR certification within three months of hire.
• Preferred: ARRT Registry and two years of experience as a Registered Radiographer.

Responsibilities

• Perform exams, position patients, adjust equipment and produce radiographs.
• Assess patient condition to determine techniques and adjust exposure settings.
• Assist with routine and special procedures; administer contrast as directed by Radiologist or physician.
• Explain exams to patients, obtain history, ensure patient comfort and safety; supervise x-ray students.
