Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the Weekend shift (Part Time – Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am–9:30pm). You will be part of a compassionate, collaborative team focused on safe, high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, positioning patients, and ensuring ALARA while maintaining infection control and accurate documentation in RIS/PACS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Preferred ARRT-R (Radiography) certification and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and competently.
• Position patients and adjust technique to ensure diagnostic quality with ALARA.
• Verify orders and two patient identifiers before exams; document in RIS/PACS.
