Job summary

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our Radiology Diagnostic team. You will perform imaging procedures with patient care and safety as priorities while interpreting requests and ensuring quality images.

Work hours are Friday to Sunday, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, within a Magnet-designated, 707-bed facility committed to award-winning patient care. You will collaborate with a skilled team and have opportunities for professional growth and

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher; licensure as Radiologic Technologist preferred.
CMRT or equivalent certification required upon hire.
ARRT certification required or as specified by TDH/TMB.
BCLS certification required prior to independent patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform complex radiographic procedures with attention to safety and technique.
Explain procedures to patients and guardians; obtain consent as needed.
Prepare room and equipment for examinations; monitor patients during imaging.
Operate, care for and maintain radiology equipment; administer contrast as directed.
