Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure RF modules meet stringent requirements in our cleanrooms. You will inspect products, perform first article inspections, support CSI, and train staff to identify defects across MMIC, component, and assembly stages.
You will interact with senior staff, support cross-functional customer projects, and contribute to MRB resolution and root-cause analysis while maintaining high-quality standards and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Quality Technician Analog Devices designs and manufactures semiconductor products and solutions. We enable our customers to interpret the world around us by intelligently bridging the physical and digital worlds with unmatched technologies that sense, measure, and connect.
The Quality Technician helps ensure that highly complex RF modules manufactured in our cleanrooms meet our stringent requirements along with our customer’s expectations. This is accomplished by inspecting products for conformance, performing first article inspections, supporting customer source inspections, and writing reports based on documented production results. The quality technician will also help in training staff to recognize defects and imperfections at all stages of the manufacturing process, not limited to MMIC, component, and/or assembly issues. The candidate will be required to have regular interaction with senior staff both internally and externally and will support cross-functional interaction particularly on customer related projects.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $35 to $48. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors. This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
