Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking an Intermediate level Device Analytical Lab Quality Control Technician for weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday, 5am–5pm) to support membrane and device testing and quality control activities.

The role emphasizes GMP compliance, safe operation of test equipment, and accurate documentation under supervision. Experience in cGMP manufacturing and LIMS is preferred, with potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of laboratory or cGMP manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Read, follow and understand test methods, operating procedures, and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Test membranes and devices per SOPs and GMP standards.
• Set up and operate lab test equipment and monitor inputs/outputs.
• Support quality lab operations and projects under supervision.
• Complete documentation per GMP standards.
• Initiate and participate in OOS investigations.
• Assist with execution of protocols, qualifications, and validations.
• Develop skills to independently perform testing; maintain a clean workspace.
