Job summary

Applied Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our Weekend Production Crew. The role supports manufacturing quality from the production floor through line start-ups, in-process checks, sample coordination, and retention sample management.

The position emphasizes adherence to cGMP, proper documentation, and collaboration with production personnel to resolve quality concerns. Weekend schedule offers a premium rate and four days off weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in QC, manufacturing inspection, or production documentation preferred.
• Ability to work primarily on the production floor and rotate between lines.

Responsibilities

• Approve line start-ups by verifying setup, components, labels, and docs.
• Perform line checks and document results in real time.
• Collect production and COA samples with proper identification and documentation.
• Coordinate on-line quality checks and route off-line testing to appropriate resources.
• Serve as on-floor quality resource for production questions and quality concerns.
• Maintain and audit production documentation, batch records, and QC checks.
• Pull, stage, and transfer retention samples for lot-end quality activities.
• Support line clearance, product accountability, traceability documentation, and final quality review.
