Qualifications

• Bachelor’s coursework in a scientific field required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on QC testing in GMP/GDP settings."
• Ability to follow written procedures with accuracy and consistency."
• Strong documentation practices and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Fri–Sun).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine microbiology and chemistry testing per approved methods, SOPs, and GMP requirements.
• Support testing of materials (raw materials, in-process, finished products, stability, environmental, or validation samples).
• Handle sample receipt, labeling, log-in, tracking, storage, incubation and disposal per procedure.
• Escalate atypical results or equipment issues to on-shift scientist or leadership.
• Support daily lab operations: glassware prep, reagent prep, inventory management, cleaning, waste handling, 5S activities.
• Perform basic equipment checks and upkeep; ensure inspection readiness of spaces and instruments.
• Complete lab forms and electronic records per GDP and data integrity principles.
• Assist investigations/deviations by gathering documentation and aiding senior staff.
• Participate in training, cross-training, and continuous improvement activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree coursework in a scientific discipline

Minimum 2 years QC testing experience in GMP/GDP environment
