Owensboro Health Regional Hospital's Pulmonary Medical Unit seeks a dedicated SRNA-eligible aide to provide direct patient care under a nurse's supervision. You will greet patients, assist with admissions and discharges, and maintain accurate EMR documentation to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires basic telemetry monitoring, safe handling of medications per policy, and strong communication with the care team to support patient safety and experience.

Competenze

• SRNA certified in Kentucky and eligible to work as a State Registered Nurse Assistant.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 90 days of employment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; healthcare experience advantageous.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care under nurse supervision.
• Greet and orient patients; document progress in EMR accurately and timely.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges and transport as needed.
• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes; maintain safety and infection control.
