Signature HealthCARE in Lexington, KY is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Signature Rehab team. You will rehabilitate residents, work with a multidisciplinary care team, and help patients return to daily activities with skilled therapy sequences.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program (Associate’s degree) and a valid PTA license in Kentucky. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
• Candidates must have weekend availability.
