You will assess patients, design and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with nurses and physicians to promote full recovery and timely return to daily activities.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited PT program (Bachelor's degree) and a valid state PT license, plus weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Candidates must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation therapy to residents to promote recovery and return to activities.
• Collaborate with clinical team to plan and adjust treatment plans as needed.
