Job summary

A leading therapy organization in New Jersey is looking for a licensed Occupational or Physical Therapist for a weekend schedule. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and ensure patient care follows MD orders. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current license/registration in the applicable state.
• Recognized by NBCOT as designated OTR if state mandated.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation.
• Document findings on a standardized evaluation form.
• Develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations and treatments are obtained.
• Deliver treatment utilizing appropriate modalities and precautions.
