Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Hoover, Alabama. The therapist will examine and treat patients with physical impairments using modalities to improve mobility and daily living skills, delivering skilled care per physician orders under supervision.

Responsibilities include family education and collaboration with the health-care team. The position requires an active PT license, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive in

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsabilités

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments through physical modalities to improve mobility and daily function.
• Administer skilled care to clients per physician orders and plan of care, under supervision of Branch Director, educating families and health-care team members.
