Job summary

Kleen Test Products Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Weekend AM shift (7 AM–7 PM) at our Port Washington, WI location. You will lead a team to safely produce quality products, manage staffing, and drive efficiency while upholding KTP policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, quality, and documentation, mentoring staff, and coordinating with other departments to meet project objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–4 years of experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated analytical/problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Effective communication with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and promote safety on the shift.
• Uphold quality procedures and programs for shift operations.
• Maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Organize workforce and staffing levels without compromising safety or quality.
• Accurate reporting of timekeeping, production, and yields.
• Communicate with subordinates, peers and senior leadership.
• Mentor, train and develop staff for future responsibilities.
• Assist with shift duties to ensure safe, efficient operation.
