Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead all production activities for the assigned shift, ensuring on-time delivery, quality adherence, and safe operations on the shop floor. You will remove bottlenecks in real time, communicate across shift leads, and drive accountability throughout the team.

You’ll guide staffing, train and coach team members, and collaborate with departments such as Customer Support and Preflight to resolve order issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize under pressure
• Experience addressing personnel issues and corrective action
• Proficiency in coordinating across multiple departments

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production operations during your shift including production, post-production, quality control, and shipping
• Prioritize daily workload and allocate labor to ensure on-time completion
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks by redistributing resources in real time
• Ensure all departments produce and ship parts meeting quality standards
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production floor
• Lead shift huddles for clear communication and smooth transitions
• Support training and development of team members and leads
• Address personnel concerns and administer corrective action with leadership
• Coordinate with Customer Support and Preflight teams on order issues
• Complete end-of-shift reporting and operational updates
• Perform related duties as assigned
