SendCutSend is seeking a Production Coordinator to facilitate order movement across the production facility, ensuring timely handoffs and adherence to procedures. You will work with multiple departments to resolve bottlenecks and maintain smooth operations on a fast-paced shop floor.

Responsibilities include monitoring order status, supporting restocking and denesting tasks, and upholding safety and organization.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the flow of orders through each department in the facility, ensuring orders move to the correct production stage.
• Assist in ensuring production follows established procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with all production departments to maintain smooth workflow and clear bottlenecks.
• Monitor Fast Pass, stalled order reports, IR rack, and Chapel audits.
• Communicate order status with the Customer Support Team on request.
• Assist with additional production tasks (restocking, denesting, etc.).
• Safely maneuver small motorized vehicles and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized working environment.
