Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1+ year of related experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; overtime weekends.
• Willingness to perform at least two production roles (saw, painter, assembler, packer).
• Weekend shift availability and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Saw Operator, Painter, Assembler, or Packer—performing at least two production roles consistently.
• Support production operations to meet quality standards and delivery goals.
• Maintain safety standards and follow established production workflows.
• Use clear communication and teamwork to keep work moving on the production floor.
• Stay focused on repeatable, detail-oriented work in a manufacturing environment.
