Job summary

Vermont Cider Company is seeking teammates for a growing beverage manufacturing operation. Enjoy a consistent 3-day workweek with 4 days off, competitive pay with advancement opportunities, an annual bonus, and a monthly product allowance.

You will operate high-speed packaging lines for bottles, cans, kegs and variety packs, perform quality checks, support line changeovers, and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing/packaging experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills beneficial.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging and production equipment.
• Perform quality checks on products, labels, packaging, fill levels and pallet patterns.
• Support line changeovers, startups, material staging and line readiness.
• Document production, quality and traceability data accurately.
• Troubleshoot and report equipment, quality and production issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse teams to meet production goals.
