Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read instructions, perform basic math and convert measurements.
• Team-oriented with willingness to train and collaborate.
• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production equipment according to specifications and SOPs.
• Support Environmental Health & Safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor and maintain product quality, remove defects, and perform QA checks.
• Complete required production, SOC, QA, and cleaning reports.
• Meet production targets while minimizing downtime, changeovers, and clean-ups.
• Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and take corrective actions.
• Operate a forklift safely and handle materials efficiently.
• Participate in WCOM, 5S, and GFSI initiatives to maintain a clean, organized workplace.
• Perform assistant-level duties as needed and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
